What is the minimum order quantity?The minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical tattoo sheet.
Can I mix and match the designs and qualify for minimum order quantity (500 tattoo sheets)?The minimum order quantity is applicable to identical tattoo sheet. e.g. if you have 2 different tattoo sheets then we will manufacture 1,000 pcs i.e. 500 pcs of each tattoo sheet.
Lead TimeWhat is the lead time/ production time?Our lead time is 8 working days after the order is confirmed and designs are approved.
Is there any charge for rush order?We do not charge any rush fees. However, if you need the tattoos earlier than our lead time, drop us a line and we will try to match your timelines.
ShippingDo you ship worldwide?Yes, we ship worldwide. To know the shipping time and cost, mail us your delivery destination.
What are your shipping charges?To know the shipping charges to your country, mail us your delivery destination.
Can I track my package?We will provide the tracking number after the parcel has been shipped.
PaymentsWhat kind of payments do you accept?We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Do you offer credit terms?We offer credit terms only in Singapore.
Do you issue an e-invoice? Applicable in SINGPORE ONLYYes, we issue an e-invoice in Singapore.
Do you have refund policy?We start the order process soon after you confirm the order and approve the design. If we are in the initial stages of order process, we can stop your order and refund back the money. However, if we are in the advance stage we will proceed as per the order and not be able to refund back the money.
ProductAre tattoos waterproof?Yes, the tattoos are water and sweat proof and can stay on skin for 2-5 days.
How to apply temporary tattoo?Temporary tattoos are very easy to apply.
How to remove temporary tattoos?The best way to remove temporary tattoo is to apply baby/olive oil and gently rub it off with a piece of cloth or cotton. It is quite simple, really!
Completely SafeAre temporary tattoos safe to apply on skin?We use FDA compliant inks that are skin safe. Our temporary tattoos are non-toxic, hypoallergenic and go through stringent third-party lab tests to ensure that they are completely safe for both children and adults. Gumtoo temporary tattoos have passed EN71 (European Standard EN71 specifies safety requirements for toys).
Are temporary tattoos safe to apply on kids 3 years and below?We do not recommend to apply temporary tattoos on kids below 3 years’ old.
DesignWhat files you need to manufacture temporary tattoos?We accept files in AI, EPS, PSD or TIFF format.
What if I don’t have the design files in the required format?You can share a PNG file with us. The image should have at least 300 dpi resolution and should have a transparent background.
I do not have the design files. Can Gumtoo design for me?Sure. Our designers can work with you to create a tattoo design based on your concept. Mail your requirements to design@gumtoo.com
SamplesCan you print the samples of my design before the final production?We can print samples at an additional cost. Let us know your requirements to get a quote.
